About the Company

Start-up Slick Rollers, LLC was formed in June, 1999, in order to secure the exclusive marketing and distribution rights for what the founding members viewed as an innovative and revolutionary product that would forever change the way idlers are manufactured.

Breaking New Ground Realizing that the conveyor idler field was dominated by a few large companies selling a product that remained unchanged for years, we at Slick Rollers, LLC, saw an opportunity to successfully enter the market by offering an idler capable of being recycled and requiring only the replacement of the can.

Customer Focus By allowing a systematic process to create our products, we can be assured that we are meeting our customer's needs better than our competition. To initiate new product ideas, we first begin with the knowledge of our expert sales staff, input from our current customers, and conversations with potential buyers about what they like and dislike about current products. We then develop a product concept and discuss it with our larger customers and potential buyers. We incorporate their feedback into our final design. We are committed to solving all of our related customer needs; doing everything we possibly can to keep our customers satisfied; and to helping our customers realize significant cost savings.

Target Market While our initial target market is in the high volume material handling facilities which experience frequent failure and replacement of the old out-dated idler, we at Slick Rollers, LLC never lose sight of the smaller volume customer who can just as easily benefit from this new technology.
